DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AFFAIRS
Andrew Befumo has recently returned to Xcelplus as the Director
of Legal Affairs for the company.
He will handle all transactions of the company that will include negotiations
with VC Groups, all legal
maters, contracts and negations. Mr. Befumo is a licensed Attorney and has
recently left the employment
of a boutique investment banking firm. We are proud to add Mr. Befumo to our
group.
